Burglaries, &c.
Sydney. - Stolen, between the hours of 8 p.m. the 30th and 8 a.m. the 31st ultimo, from the " Queensland Hotel," Erskine and Kent Streets, the property of Henry Dick KENDALL, a lodger, - A silver hunting Englandlish lever watch, No. 97509, "Settle Brothers," makers, " H.K " and star scratched on dome; value, £2. Identifiable. Pledged on the 31st ultimo at Poon's Pawn office, Market Street. By a man about 30 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, medium build, dark sidelevers and moustache; dressed in dark clothes. Gave the name of Wallace. Can be identified by the pawnbroker.

of Rawdon Island, Farmer, deceased, intestate.
NOTICE is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen
days from the publication hereof in the Government Gazette,
application will be made to this Court that Letters of Adminis-
tration of the estate and effects of the abovenamed deceased,
who died on 12th October last, may be granted to HENRY DICK
KENDALL, brother and next of kin of the said deceased.
