Could be the same person as William W Kendall who died at Port Macquarie in 1888.
He was accidentally drowned on 12 October 1888.

of Rawdon Island, Farmer, deceased, intestate.
NOTICE is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen
days from the publication hereof in the Government Gazette,
application will be made to this Court that Letters of Adminis-
tration of the estate and effects of the abovenamed deceased,
who died on 12th October last, may be granted to HENRY DICK
KENDALL, brother and next of kin of the said deceased.
