North Sydney. - A warrant has been issued by the Children’s Court Bench for the arrest of William KENDALL, charged with failing to make adequate provision for the payment of preliminary expenses of and incidental to the birth of an infant. He is 23 years of age, 5 feet 11 inches high, thin build, sallow complexion, long face, dark hair, clean shaved; dressed in a dark serge sac suit and fawn soft - felt hat; slovenly, larrikin appearance; a produce business employee. Complainant, Grace Hickson, Hunter - street, Hornsby.

Ernest (not William) KENDALL alias William Smith, charged on warrant with failing to make adequate provision for the payment of preliminary expenses of, and incidental to, and immediately succeeding the birth of an infant, has been arrested by Senior Constable Byrne and Constable Quinlan, Clarence Siding Police. Remanded to Parramatta and ordered to pay 7s. 6d. per week, until the child attains the age of 14 years, also to pay £ 1 17s. 6d. costs.
