Thomas KENDALL, charged with breaking and entering the dwelling - house of Alfred Cohen and Thomas William Wilcox, and stealing the watch, chain, &c. (1906 - 635), and other articles, value £6 2s. 4d. (recovered), has been arrested by Senior Constable McDonald and Constable Gates, Sydney Police. Committed for trial at Quarter Sessions.

The following offenders have been released under the provisions of the above Act.
Thomas KENDALL (21), tried at Sydney Quarter Sessions, 7th June, 1906, break, enter, and steal; sentence, eighteen months’ imprisonment. To be of good behaviour for eighteen months. Vide Police Gazette, 1906, page 201.

Thomas Kendall was tried and convicted at Sydney Quarter Sessions, 5th June, 1906 for House-breaking against Alfred Cohen and Thomas Wm Wilcox. Sentenced to 18 months hard labour. Sentence suspendeded on his finding a surety to be of good behaviour for 18 months, and to pay 7s. to the Clerk of the Peace for the prosecutor within one month.

Thomas Kendall (born 1883, Sydney) was discharged from Darlinghurst Gaol on 7th June, 1906. He had been tried and convicted at Sydney Quarter Sessions on 5th June, 2006 for Break, enter and steal. He was discharged on Sureties or 18 months’ hard labour. He was described as being 5 foot two and a half inches, brown hair, blue eyes.
