Apprehensions, &c.
Norman Smith, alias " McConnell," charged on warrant with stealing a horse, sulky, and harness (recovered ), the property of John Meany, of Bathurst, has been arrested by Constables Armstrong and KENDALL, Orange Police. Remanded to Bathurst, and committed for trial at Bathurst Sessions. Identical with discharged prisoner same name, vide Police Gazette, 1903, page 20.

John Woods, charged on warrant with carnally knowing Sarah Olive Gate Woods (12 years and 8 months of age), at Orange, has been arrested by Constables KENDALL and Byrne, Orange and East Orange Police. Committed for trial at Bathurst Circuit Court. Bail allowed.
