Moss M. Friedman was tried at Sydney Criminal Court on 22nd September, 1902 for receiving stolen property, belonging to Arthur A. K. Kendall (Thomas De La Rue & Co., Limited). He was sentenced to 12 months’ hard labour at Darlinghurst Gaol. (Released by special remission on the 26th September, 1902).
