Sydney. - A warrant has been issued by the Water Police Bench for the arrest of a man whose name is unknown, but who can be identified, charged with unlawfully assaulting Ruby Harrison, a girl of the age of 12 years, in Darling Point Road, on the 24th instant. Offender is about 20 years of age, 5 feet 5 or 6 inches high, fair complexion, small fair moustache; dressed in dark coat and vest, grayish trousers with dark stripe running through, and dark soft felt hat. Complainant, care of Mr. Arthur E. KENDALL, Darling Point.

KENDALL.-At his late residence, Mayville, Magney-street, Woollahra, Arthur Edward, eldest son of the late Capt. Joseph Kendall, aged 54 years. Funeral at 9.15 a.m., from late residence, to Waverley Cemetery.
[2]DEATH OF MR. A. E. KENDALL.
Mr. Arthur Edward Kendall, late Sydney manager of Messrs. Huddart, Parker and Co. Proprietary, Limited, died on Saturday at his residence, "Maryville," Magney-street, Woollahra. Mr. Kendall had been very ill for a fortnight, and seemed to be improving, when pneumonia set in and he passed away.
Mr. Kendall, who was a son of the late Captain Joseph Kendall, was for nearly 30 years with Messrs. Huddart, Parker and Company, and saw many important changes with the company, from the very small steamers to the large liners that now trade to New Zealand and the Commonwealth on behalf of this firm.
The deceased gentleman was very popular with all the shipping community, and held in the highest esteem by the directors of his company for his energy and enterprise. Mr. Kendall was 54 years of age, and was twice married, and has left two sons — Messrs. Arthur and William Kendall. The funeral will leave his late residence this morning for the Waverley Cemetery.
