Arrived on the "Elizabeth" in 1827
Lawrence Kendall built a steam-operated flourmill at the southern end of Queen Street, Campbelltown in the early 1840s. This is now known as the Fisher’s Ghost Restaurant. Lawrence was an uncle of the poet Henry Kendall.
