Burglaries, &c.
Sydney. - Stolen, between the hours of 10 p m. the 20th and 6.30 a.m. the 21st instant, from 28, College Street, the property of Dr. KENDALL, - A silver-plated hot water kettle, ferns and birds Englandraved on it, and a stand with spirit lamp, stand bamboo pattern; a wedgewood ware sugar bowl with silver band; a case containing four small tea spoons and sugar tongs, apostle pattern; a case containing a fish slice and fork; a silver-plated egg-stand with six egg-cups; a silver-plated square cruet-stand with four cut-glass bottles; a plain silver-plated sugar basin and sugar tongs; a glass pickle jar, silver-plated mountings on stand, which is broken; a black marble clock with eight marble pillars, white face; a crumb-scraper; a soup-ladle; a small tapestry rug, 8 x 8 feet; a small table gong; a steel in case (the name of Hardy on some of the articles); a white linen tablecloth, the letter K worked in red silk on it; a tapestry tablecloth; and two silver fruit spoons, bowls embossed with cluster of fruit, pineapple, pear, and melon; value, £20. Identifiable.

Alice Foreman or Clarke, charged with feloniously receiving two table-cloths and a rug, the property of Dr. T. M. KENDALL, of 28, College Street, well knowing the same to have been stolen, has been arrested by Sergeant Blackburn and Constable J. Hamilton, Sydney Police. Committed for trial at Quarter Sessions. She was further charged with feloniously receiving, &c., three table-cloths, a tea-cloth, a tobacco-pouch, a silver butter knife, the property of W. H. Chard, 77, Macleay Street.
