Edward KENDALL, charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Marion Rylands, with intent to steal, has been arrested by Constable F. Wilson, Singleton Police. Committed for trial at Singleton Quarter Sessions.

First Offenders Discharged under Crimes Act of 1900.
THE following offenders have been released under the provisions of the above Act: -
Edward KENDALL (24), tried at Singleton Quarter Sessions, 28th July, 1905, larceny; sentence, nine months' imprisonment. To be of good behaviour for twelve months, vide Police Gazette, 1905, page 249

Edward Kendall tried and sentenced at Singleton Q. S., 28th July 1905 for larcency from Agnes Magdaline Badior. Sentenced to 9 months; hard labour. Sentence to be suspended under Crimes Act on entering into recognizance in 50 pound and two sureties in 25 pounds each, to be of good behaviour for twelve months.
