Parramatta. - A warrant has been issued by the Parramatta Bench for the arrest of John KENDALL, charged with disobeying a Magisterial order for the support of his wife. He is 55 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, medium build, swarthy complexion, straggly brown beard, brown hair very thin and straggly; usually dressed in brown colonial tweed suit and brown soft felt hat. Supposed to have gone to Newcastle or Kiama. Complainant, Eliza KENDALL, at Sydney Road, Auburn.

John KENDALL, charged on warrant with disobeying a Magisterial order for the support of his wife, has been arrested by Constable Long, Auburn Police. Ordered to pay the amount due, £3 4s. 4d., together with 7s. 2d. costs of Court, or be imprisoned for one month.

He is 55 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, medium build, swarthy complexion, straggly brown beard, brown hair, bald on top of head; usually dressed in brown colonial tweed suit and brown soft felt hat; a carpenter. Supposed gone to Newcastle.
