In the November 1828 Census was listed as living at Illawarra.
Arrived on the "Elizabeth" in 1827

Lawrence Kendall built a steam-operated flourmill at the southern end of Queen Street, Campbelltown in the early 1840s. This is now known as the Fisher’s Ghost Restaurant. Lawrence was an uncle of the poet Henry Kendall.36

Born in Bay Islands, New Zealand on 3 Aug 1819 to Thomas Kendall and Jane Quickfall. Lawrence married Mary Ann Murray and had 8 children. He passed away on 1881
